The company provide cover for affordable, budgeted, routine dental treatment as well as cover for the unexpected.
The Dencover Plan and Dencover Plus plans are specifically designed to improve dental health by encouraging regular examinations and hygienist visits. They also provide significant benefits in the event of accidental dental injury or oral cancer in the UK or overseas, while policyholders are also able to visit any dentist they wish.
Customers can also take out family policies, which include cover for up to 4 children.

To be eligible for cover, applicants must fit the following entry criteria
- Made a visit to their dentist within the last 12 months and have no major problems or pre-existing conditions.
- Aged between 18 and 65 on the date of acceptance, with cover lasting until the age of 80
- Be a resident in the UK , Channel Islands , or The Isle of Man
